Very disappointing for a Sheraton. We had booked a block of rooms for our team but were all spread out over all different floors. There was only one elevator working and stairs are not accessible from ground level. The business centre computers were also both out of order. The breakfast was $20 for hot or $15 for cold.
The staff was friendly and helpful and room was clean but overall not what I would expect from a Sheraton.

One of the elevators was broken along w the pool the first night. The working elevator was SO LOUD sounded like scrapping metal,. The pool was fixed the second day. The restaurant staff was exceptional . Front desk staff (minus the manager) felt a little cold.
First I want to say that all the staff were great and very friendly. The room was good and the bathroom was very clean. Problems the elevator was extremely loud so every time it opened on our floor we could hear it. There was also late night partying going on which made sleeping difficult. The beds were not comfortable.
I am so surprised this hotel was rated so highly by Expedia Users. This really has me questioning if I should trust these ratings in the future. I paid $280 for one of the worst nights of sleep I have ever had.
The customer service was amazing from the moment i walked into the hotel. I was exhausted, it was raining, and i just wanted to sleep. The gentlemen at the desk was very pleasant, he offered me water, as well as warm tea, incredibly friendly, and the price was great. I will definitely stay here again.
Pool was closed, told it had issue the day before check in but doubt it. People in hazmat suits cleaning up water leaks on 4 different floors. Buckets on all floors catching water dripping. Elevator was sketchy at best but our room was on 2nd floor and elevator buttons didn’t work at all. You had to call front desk for them to send it up for you. Building in total disrepair. Rates are way too high based on these issues. Oh yah treadmill in gym was also broken and parts were spread out on floor all over gym for at least 2 days. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Good luck if you stay here!!!

The only thing was the room, there was no fan in the bathroom and the room felt so damp all the time. I opened the blinds and the condensation was a huge pool of water on the window sill! I don't think this can be healthy?
This is the second time staying at this hotel. The place was clean enough. The building is tired and could use some upgrades. Not sure the elevator was going to make it every time I rode it.
One of our favourite places to stay while visiting family in Cambridge. Staff is over-the-top amazing, restaurant on site is fabulous & a pool for the kids. Perfect

Disappointed with this 4 Points Sheraton that I discovered was also a Marriott Bonvoy property. One elevator call button was out of service. There was no complimentary 24 hour hot beverage. We sat in the lobby to enjoy the gas fireplace and witnessed the garbage container and a separate recycling container overflowing and this was during the evening (coffee cups from the morning)! The two coffee tables had also not been wiped clean.
The room was not spotless with dust around the washroom sconce lighting. The the bed did not provide a comfortable sleep! Woke up with a slight back pain. The doors need to be lubricated, especially the door to the washroom.
No complementary breakfast with a price starting at $16.00!
The hotel did not meet expectations.
Check in and out was seamless!
