Basement would be made available of number of guests exceed 6. Basement is spacious with an 8 seater sectional couch and a queen size air bed with a full WR and it can easily sleep 2 adults. The grounds were lovely and created a great deal of privacy and serenity. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location, close to Ferguson, made getting to shops and interesting restaurants quite easy. We would definitely return and plan to stay longer!

Very nice property with a beautiful view. Great deck to sit an enjoy. There is road construction that we were unaware of that was noisy, but overall a nice stay.
