Everyone in the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. A couple maintenance issues, but we were moved to a new room right away which I appreciated. Unfortunately the walls are VERY thin here - to the point where we could hear our neighbors using the washroom. Better soundproofing would make me want to stay here again for sure.

Perfect place for stay in Cambridge,staff is accomodating.I was staying with my dog(Alusky)and we didn't face any issues.It was a peaceful stay overall.

I needed an inexpensive and comfortable stay for a work-related trip. That's exactly what I got. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's on a busy street across from a big-box store mall, so it isn't scenic, but it fit the bill.

Have stayed at this hotel twice in a week and both times the hair dryer died. The first time 2 dyers died within a minute of starting to use. This time the same thing, so i didnt even bother w a replacement and had to skip drying my hair (not cool on a business trip). The coffee maker worked, but spewed water all over the place, and some of the cutlery was rusted. I will stay elsewhere next trip to the area.

Weve often stayed here while in town. This time, however, the tub looked unclean and there was a guest with 2 hairless cats, that were roaming the hall. In the morning someone was calling them, fairly early and too loudly

Check in was awesome. Lucas was excellent friendly helpful and got us checked in quick and fast. Bar was terrible ended up leaving from no service. Stood at bar for whole first period of hockey with NO SERVICE! Terrible rude bartender! Left went back to room!
Property is in a good location, room was clean and functional. Rooms are not very quiet (noise travels) likley due to gap at bottom of door, maybe new thresholds would help? The bed was not very comfortable either. Wasn't expecting a Hilton hotel quality bed but have stayed at 1-star motels with similar beds to this experience.

Please note that we are in the process of replacing all of our mattresses to ensure a more comfortable and restful stay for our guests.
clean, safe. Only downside during my stay during weekend was that there was several rooms on my floor which had guests for a party - they were pretty loud till late in the night (1 AM) and walking/talking in hallways of the floor. I had to call the reception - they did come by once, but it continued on.

Lobby, amenities and restaurant was great. Rooms looked a tad more upgraded in the photos, but still a good stay. Didn’t realize it was pet friendly - the people staying in the room before us must’ve had a dog. Faint smell.
