"Our stay at Risonare was awful from start to finish. When we arrived they told us there would be a significant extra fee for our 1-year-old to stay with us (I was pretty sure we booked the reservation with a child included, but regardless, this is the only hotel out of 6 that we stayed at in Japan that charged extra for a child under 2 years old). The room was advertised as a 4-bed room but when we got to the room the 4th bed did not have sheets on it, and we were told there would be a charge...

"良い点 ホテルの眺めやデザインはすごく素敵だったし、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。 悪い点 上記が素晴らしいだけに掃除があまり出来ていなかった点がとても残念でした。 忙しく、掃除にかけれる時間が少ないのかもしれませんが、高層ビルにあるホテルの為、窓を開けての換気も出来ないし、健康上とても良くなかったです。 室内とランドリールームにも綿埃が沢山ありました。 これは、スタッフのせいではなく、人数が足りていないのかもしれません。 せっかく素晴らしいスタッフの方々と眺めやデザインが素敵なホテルなので、そこを頑張って頂けたら嬉しいです。"

"Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai).
