"Walking distance to Waitomo caves. Barely any other guests because I came during the off season. They said checkout was at 10am but my bus to leave Waitomo didn’t come until 4 so the host let me stay in the room for an extra half day without any extra fees. Breakfast was good, good variety of stuff for the price. Great for solo travelers or families with kids. There’s a restaurant nearby that I went to for dinner, it was also great. "

Our kids loved the loft beds and the little lambs running around. Small touches everywhere with extra blankets and hot water bottles. Only wish we stayed longer to enjoy it a little more. "
