"I deducted 1 star due to the very small size of the rooms. The basic requirement would be a Deluxe room in future. Note: There are no drawers or wardrobes in Standard or Deluxe rooms. However this is my second stay at this hotel as the onsens and associated facilities are amazing, as with it's location to trains/metro and the food options at the restaurants at the next door OCAT (Level 5) bus station are excellent. We tried the Indian and Okonomyaki restaurants and they were very good. "

"From the moment we stepped in we knew this hotel was going to be a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming , greeted us immediately. Very smooth check in process . Our rooms were lovely, they had everything we needed . Children loved the free ice creams and the massage chairs were an extra bonus. The hot baths were immaculate condition at all times . We truly loved our time here"
