Minimalist Stay with Family Pros/Cons
Stayed here with 3 adults, 1 toddler and a dog for a long weekend. Pros: The bedrooms were cozy, mattresses and pillows were very comfortable (firm not squishy or wore out) and bedding was very clean. Having a good nights sleep really helped us on the stay and I wish more properties invested in good beds like this. The bathroom was functional, small, clean. The couch and living room chair fit 3 adults and a kid but would not fit more people. We appreciated that the internet and TV all worked well. Instructions from the owner and ease of checkin/out of the property were really outstanding. Price was reasonable for the stay and the house was mostly well cleaned (dust in corners showed it could use a deep scrub). Cons: Overall the house had a pervasive smell. Maybe caused by moisture in the air, dust or a strong air freshener? We opened windows and turned on the ac units and air filters to help. This made it livable but was a little concerning for air quality. The home was smaller than I expected (I was a bit deceived by photos), there was not much space for eating at the breakfast nook and very limited countertop space in the kitchen. We chose to not cook at the property due to limited space and a tiny (bathroom sized?) trashcan in the kitchen that was for the entire house. Parking lot has a big area where water collects with rain. It is directly in the path of walking from your car to the entrance. This made for muddy boots/paws in and out of the house — be prepared.

Cute little spot, perfect for what we needed
We stayed for a week. The first several days just me and my daughter and then my husband joined us. I was able to work remotely and there was a nice desk with a screen, keyboard and mouse provided. The place is decorated in a very cool way, absolutely loved it. Host was great to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable. Left us some pancake mix and a waffle maker which we enjoyed very much!

Great place to stay
We stayed here with our young daughter while visiting the area. The host was great to work with. Communication was prompt, the property was perfectly clean, check in/out was easy, and everything was as it was described. A perfect place for a small group to stay and kid friendly. I recommend staying here and would again if we were back in the area.

Thoughtful touches
The unit was super clean and so thoughtfully appointed. Everything from a nespresso machine with pods to a waffle maker with mix and maple syrup. Well designed too. My son had to take an online course and enjoyed the desk with keyboard and monitor. Owner Matt was super nice and responsive. Make sure to have the air conditioner turned on before you arrive!
