Cozy Beachfront Cottage Retreat w/ Loft Workspace, Stunning Views & Beach Access

10/10 Excellent
"What a beautiful house in a stunning location! The home is brand new, immaculate, and beautifully finished. Inside, the spacious and comfortable living room offers a gorgeous view of the South West Arm of Green Bay. It features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a comfortable bed and high-end linens. The loft area has a charming office space, which we also used as an extra sleeping area, as the sofa easily converts into a comfortable bed. There is also a great, brand-new washer and dryer neatly tucked away in a closet. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with a premium BBQ and a great seating area around the fire pit, which we thoroughly enjoyed.Clinton’s hospitality truly knows no bounds. Even though he wasn't there in person, he actually arranged for us to get a piece of the iceberg that had been floating in Kings Point until just a week before our arrival! In short, the communication with him was absolutely perfect."

Charming boat house by the Ocean in beautiful Smith's Harbour, NL with WiFi

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely stay in this picturesque ‘cabin’ on the bay. We were the first couple of the season to visit and although Hughie and Diane were not there, Deanna their daughter was a delightful alternative. A few, first of the year little glitches but smoothed out easily and we loved our views and location. Had a great meal at ?? Dean’s restaurant ?Blanches cafe around the bay. We hope to come back and stay again and hope to meet the owners next trip. Lastly but not least; it was a lovely surprise to have bread, jams, butter, milk, treats of the rock etc upon arrival. Breakfast was ready!"
