"Cute little hut in the best location. Very peaceful. Great host. Only recommendation would be for the owners dog poop to be picked up (in their separate garden, but still visible & where the chickens walk about)."

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first.
Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

"Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area."

"The rooms were tide and clean, we had everything you needed for the evening and also great dinner and breakfast. Excellent staff, very friendly and kind people. I highly recommend to stop there!"
"A great culture ran thru every aspect of the hotel including all the employees. Friendly, fun, caring and helpful with character rooms and a first class restaurant"
"Fantastic amenities and room. We enjoyed ourselves and used the pub too.
Only thing next time, would have a ground floor as lots of stairs and heavy suitcases, but would return as great holiday stay!
Staff helpful and lean room too!"
"Place was immaculate.
View of the fields was great. Local to where we needed to go and also very close to Swaffham town centre.
Parking spaces clearly marked."
"Very cute accommodation with thoughtful touches, easy reach of beaches and shops, great breakfast and parking right outside. easy check-in and friendly host Nigel.
A lick of paint would make it look cleaner especially in the bathroom and the shower was blocked with gunk, more cutlery was needed as only one each of everything we had to keep washing up in-between eating when needing a teaspoon or buttering bread or cutting cheese etc, but we are sure had Nigel been available when we had the issues he would of helped as he was very accommodating, we mentioned the shower on leaving and he apologised and said he would fix it for next person.
We would recommend it to others to stay here and if we every return to Norfolk we would book here again."
