Royal Marine Hotel
"The staff on reception was cold and unhelpful, didn't even show me to the room. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a drawer full of very dirty socks that didn't belong to me. The floorboards were rotten. The carpet didn't fit the room and wasn't attached. The toilet didn't flush properly ..."

"Isobel is very welcoming, friendly and attentive, the cottage is amazing, its warm and cosy, has everything you could ever need, and its right in the middle of all amenities too. Weve stayed a few times now and will 100% be back in the very near future."
