Moloaa Bay Cottage is located in Moloaa just steps away from a white sand beach.

The Cottage: At the south end of the property near the entrance is a detached separate 2nd story guest house consisting of 994 square feet of air-conditioned living area with 1 bedroom + den and loft/1 bath. On your return from the beach, shower off in the new outdoor lava rock hot & cold shower.
The cottage may be rented separately or along with the main home. The location is very private and cozy, exquisitely furnished, and fully appointed. There are ocean views from the cottage. Here you can experience the casual Hawaiian elegance that typifies the spirit of Kaua'i.

**No Weddings or Events Allowed at this Property**

Be advised that ocean conditions can be unpredictable and unsuitable for swimming at times. Please use cautionary discretion when entering the ocean at any location on the island. We recommend swimming only at lifeguarded beaches.

Notice at least 14 days prior to check in will receive a 50% refund. If less than 14 day notice, the rent, excise tax and reservation processing fee are forfeited. ***

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we loved how quiet, peaceful, and close this villa was to the water - about 200 feet. we fell asleep to the ocean waves! Kitchen was well-appointed and plenty of space in the home to unpack and relax for the week.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful garden and idyllic beach! The snorkeling is good on the right hand side (as you look out to sea) of the beach - especially when the tide is low! When the tide is high the current can be QUITE strong. We saw turtles!!! The house is very clean and well equipped and even the Murphy bed in the den is comfortable. Some things that folks should know - all the rooms have pocket doors so there is not much sound proofing between rooms. The washer dryer worked great and were very helpful. Its the tropics, so ants can be an issue but if you put ALL your food in the fridge, they go away.Finally, it is a little ways to a grocery store so stop on your way to the house.
