"Very beautiful hotel that truly wants to provide their guests with a beautiful &relaxing stay. We were greeted with aloha each day by staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were given an upgrade to a king suite which added to a wonderful 35th anniversary stay here. There were gorgeous orchids to pin in your hair or on your sun hat each day. I really enjoyed that, thank you Maui Coast. We put to use the refillable water bottles and the hospitality suite was such a nice amenity at no extra cost. It was great to have access to the pools that day, since we had an evening departure flight. Such a relaxing last day. I’ve never seen that offered in any places I’ve stayed. There were just so many pleasant things that I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else on the island. If we were to return to Maui again, this is where I would want to stay. Aloha lives here. "My husband and I celebrated our 29th Anniversary, and we couldn't have picked a better spot! This house is a jewel in Kihei. It has everything you need for a wonderful stay at the beach! Marti was so responsive and helpful. The sunsets are amazing from the balcony, from the patio, and from the beach...which is just steps away. Absolutely perfect!"

"Great central location to stay with ease of going places. Love that it was out of the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. Beach stuff provided was excellent and we used it daily whether traveling to another local beach or just walking down to the beach in front of the condo. We enjoyed having breakfast most mornings on the porch and watching the chickens run around. AC was in both rooms so stayed cool at night. We learned keeping the doors open and fans pointed out in the later part of the day really helped get the heat out. Overall great place to stay with a family!"

"Amazing views, morning beach walks and and sunsets! Great home for a large family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Only negative is it could use some updating as far as cabinetry in kitchens and bathrooms and some furnishings. The house was very clean and the pool was nice to come back to and relax in. The host was very responsive and helpful! Great property to enjoy Maui!"

"ProsGreat location right on a lovely beach, fantastic views. Our first night we went for a walk and turned around at a group of tortoises on the beach which was magical.The consThe walls are very thin and the unit is the 2nd of 3 floors, so neighbors are up, down and on each side. we got unlucky with loud next door neighbors.The ac unit in the bedroom was so loud and malfunctioning we slept on the uncomfortable pull out sofa, and when on first use the shower didn’t drain, the owner suggested we clean clogged hair from the drain catch from previous guests. My partner did seem to fix it, and we mostly used the beach shower for the week we were here.While i understand there was a tropical storm and getting service would be tricky, Joe never even followed up on either issue to check in, let alone schedule repairs as he’d mentioned.Our local friends had gotten a block of rooms for their wedding at the grand wilea and while we loved the view and beach, without sleeping well or using the shower, i wish we’d made a different choice."

"The house is spacious and comfortable in every way. There were 7 of us on this trip and there was plenty of room to both congregate and to retreat to a quiet space. We got a kick out of the chickens on the roof one morning. The beach and beach park are a couple of blocks away. We can recommend Miso Phat, down Kihei Road toward Wailea. Try the TNT roll for the amazing ahi."
