I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a sunset view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor west facing with a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come on shore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view is of the West Maui Mt.'s, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist filled condos and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub, the Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary across the street, as well as 3 mile beach and close to one of the largest stretch of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging water sports such as kite boarding and surfing, and so much more! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our home!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zipline through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I'd recommend booking the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight boards.

What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. The Island is big and you'll need one to site see and shop. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.

Located in Kihei Town, 20 min. from Kahului Airport (OGG).

Great stay in Kihei

The perfect size and location for our family of 3. Exactly as described in the listing - a cozy place to crash after exploring Maui. Our kid loved the pool and we made good use of the grill. Excellent communication from Kevin. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place to stay

We loved the location. From here we can get to anywhere on the island easily enough. The condo had all the amenities we need. Beach chairs and umbrella were fabulous to have. A great place to stay.

Condo was comfy (good quality bed, towels, etc), clean, and very well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Kevin was responsive and friendly... everything was perfect, we'd love to stay here again!

Perfect beach spot

This was a fabulous place to stay. Beaches right across the street that are safe and full of turtles. The condo is super clean and well set up. We had everything we needed. The bed is super comfortable and new as well as the pillows. Close to everything and very safe. We love it and look forward to returning, soon!!!

Close to beach and great stay!

This was in walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the patio and the property manager gave us information about many aspects of Maui. There were many things at the property that made our trip good. Everyday things that we needed. We loved our stay! Wish we stayed longer.

Perfect location; great Condo

Kihei Bay Surf is a great little condo set up with premium location. It is quite and the whole property is non smoking. Pool area was quiet and quant, the perfect little spot, and the included parking was also great. Kevin's unit is set up well with a nice granite kitchen, new appliances, split ac, a good bed and futon if needed. We travelled with 2, but could have put our son on the fiton with enough space for all. Everything was laid out well with great instructions and communication. Check in was seemless, like going to our own place. The beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler etc. were greatly appreciated and used extensively. Awesome rental at a fair price...book it!

Nice studio apartment with a nice quiet beach right across the street. Fairly priced. Had a very nice pay-it-forward cabinet for kitchen items like condiments and spices, which was much appreciated when cooking. Very satisfied with the stay. Kevin was a great host and very easy to reach if anything was wrong.

My husband and I had a great few days in Kevin's condo. The place was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Exactly as described. A slice of paradise!

Pleasantly surprised that the condo is what it said it was. Very CLEAN, nice neighborhood and across from the beach with an ocean view. We loved the location of the condo. Maui Trip

Great location, wonderful property. Property was very clean at checkin. The pay it forward cabinet is awesome, nice surprise for guests. Beach is very close. Sea turtles are seen in the afternoon as well. The host is very helpful and easy to communicate with. The property is well stocked for an easy and relaxing vacation. Perfection

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. First and foremost, the host is an excellent communicator. He sent instructions well in advance that were detailed but simple. We found more details in the condo that were very helpful. The condo was clean with plenty of room and supplies. The pool and grounds are nice and well kept. Finally the location was perfect with the beach and whale museum across the street. We enjoyed watching the turtles come up every night. Overall excellent experience.

Had a nice clean pool.The beach was right across the street.There were many different type of Restaurant choices in walking distance.As well as grocery stores.Kevin the the owner was Great.We has some questions and Kevin answered them within minutes.I would recommend this property.And the next time im in Maui I plan on staying here.

Exceeds expectations

This is about the only VRBO or rental that I honestly can say I had no complaints. It was clean, comfortable, as advertised, had a well/stocked kitchen, a good bed and futon, a good tv with Netflix, etc accessibility, a good shower, and 2 coffee makers, one a Keurig. Kevin was terrific about communicating, very responsive, and helpful with ideas and information. Also, nice pool and hot tub, though we didn’t even get to them, being so busy doing other adventures.

Exactly As Advertised - Empowered Landlord/Owner

The property was exactly as advertised! Extremely clean, the linens were new and fresh, the pool area was clean and so was the gas grills and there was plenty of parking. The landlord/owner (Kevin) was responsive immediately after I made the reservations, before my arrival and during my stay. I would definitely recommend this unit! Lastly, I took care of the place like it was mine and followed ALL of Kevins "house rules" and he returned my deposit the same day as I checked out. Mahalo Kevin!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It really felt like home for us. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked pay-it-forward items, AC was super cold, beds were so comfy, lots of extra pillows, bedding and towels. My boys even got to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. We really appreciated Kevin as our host as he was very quick and open with communication. I’ll definitely book again when we visit.
