This place was amazing. They were super responsive to questions. Everything was clean, quiet, and nice. It felt like having our own condo right there in Kīhei. The first day we were able to see whales from the balcony so the view is also excellent. It’s also centrally located, so you get the small town Hawaii feel of Kīhei, but don’t have to travel far to be right in the mix of Wailea or Lahaina. We would absolutely stay here again, in fact we are already planning on it.

Everything in the home was beautiful, clean, and had all the essentials we needed. Walkable Shopping center, grocery, beach, restaurants and bars all closes to each other. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Perfect location to explore Maui

Terrific location. Maybe the best location I could’ve asked for. The photos shown were not of the suite we stayed in and not the same address originally given. Stained, water damaged wall in the bathroom. Bathroom stinks a bit, and not just from dropping a duece. Missing specified amenities, like hair dryer and Netflix, which were remedied same day once complaints were made. Cockroaches are common in Maui apparently. I don’t appreciate being bait and switched, but the location more than made up for it. Don’t hesitate to stay with this agent, it is definitely suitable, just Don’t expect it to match the photos on Expedia

Lovely Kihei Stay

We had 2 units one for daughter and 4 children and one for my spouse and me. Both were clean and pleasant. Our beds were comfortable. Sofa bed in daughters unit was broken but worked as a single bed. Our unit was on the ground floor end and was very quiet and peaceful with lovely private lanai. Daughters was on 3rd floor with no elevator but that was ok for them as no mobility issues. Both kitchens clean and well stocked and both bathrooms had nice large newly redone showers . WasherDryer in each was very convenient, These units are directly across the street from nice sandy beach with lifeguard, restrooms and shower.

Wonderful & relaxing

Beautiful property. When I arrived I walked in to calming music and the temperature of the room was perfect. My holiday was about helping and supporting my boyfriend who was in hospital, having a lovely accomodation to relax and feel at home was amazing. The property has access to a pool, this was amazing for some day and night swims. The property is close to many shops, I loved the easy walks to a range of yummy food venues. I also loved that I had free parking. The property also had some yummy snacks and ammenities. The communication for arrival was amazing, I had to check in late for a number of reasons and this was all easy and communicated well.

The highlight of this property is its location. Otherwise, the property needs a significant upgrade (e.g., washrooms, appliances, kitchen area, furniture). The communication with the property manager was quite poor as well. I had to message her personally to get information about check-in as opposed to what was stated under the booking information. Initially, after I personally followed up, she informed me that she will be email me all relevant check in and property information the morning after. However, I did not receive the information and had to follow up with the manager after I landed in Maui to get the information. If you are choosing to stay here, I would maybe request to get more recent pictures of the condo to help you make more informed decision.

We chose to stay here rather than go to a resort, we saved money and we had the freedom to cook out meals when we wanted to. Very close walking distance to the beach(literally across the street) and to shopping centers both to the right and left of the Condos. Shut up and book this place already!

Did not get the room I paid for, on arrival was put into a different building down the road. We did get moved to the proper building the next day but not the room we booked. The room was somewhat run down - needs a coat of paint. No toilet paper holder? Serious electrical safety issue - no panel cover, exposed wires where someone could easily hurt themselves. Wifi was a hit and miss. I will say the bed was comfortable, lots of towels was great and beach items was much appreciated.

Condo. not 4-star worthy.

This is not a hotel room, its a simple condo. It's not a 4-star stay for many reasons ie: the A/C in the bedroom is roaring loud, the ceilings are only 8 ft, the walls are so thin passers-by can be heard like they are in your room, ,the toilet makes intermittent noises, and the shower-tub is subpar This is not to say everything is bad, it's not. But it's 3-star at best.

There was no communication with the property manager prior to the stay as described in the reservation. I had to send a message and didn’t receive the access code until immediately before checking in. There are not enough dishes or glassware for the total number of occupants allowed. Three dinner plates, two soup bowls for occupancy of 5 allowed. The decor is very dated and not a remodeled unit as described. The review email sent listed a different unit number. A key is needed for the pool, but I was never notified; not included in the check in email. The pool key for the unit was actually left in the building office.

Awesome Maui Vista is our New Home away from Home. The condo has the essentials and honestly more than we personally needed. Being able to walk across the street to Charley Young Beach was so convenient and where we spent most of our time. There are 2 shopping centers close by just a 10-15 minute walk in either direction
