"My wife, dog and I stayed in the Parlour cottage at the end of August 2024. Please take note that they prefer cash or bankers transfer, Hotels.com does not take the money. It is so relaxing and quite, this is down to the hands off way of the owners, Martin & Kate. We arrived and found a wonderful welcome pack waiting of Bread, milk, eggs and biscuits. The cottage is well equipped although some mobile service providers, (Vodafone) do not cover the area. Locally there is a small shop come P.O....

"My husband and I (and our small dog) have just enjoyed a wonderful holiday. The cottage is situated in a lovely peaceful location, perfect for exploring coast and countryside. Very clean, warm and cosy with comfortable sofas and beds. Perfect! We weren't ready to come home and hope to go back again soon."

We have reported our issues to the management company in case they were not aware of them but have not had a reply as yet. "

Ideally situated for the estuary and railway station to travel to either Carmarthen or Tenby. Lovely beaches in Llansteffan and Burry Port with Kidwelly all within easy reach."

"Five hours prior to our check in time our stay was cancelled by the host. The host had no knowledge of our booking until I inquired about access to the property on our arrival. I was then informed by the host that the accommodation was already occupied and I should not have been able to book it. Why did the host not know of our booking? Three disappointed children."
