"Estoy tan feliz con este hotel y su gran equipo. He ido a muchos hoteles y puedo decir que ninguno lo supera. La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes. No tengo una sola cosa negativa que decir. Quedamos muy felices con nuestro viaje a Náples. Sin duda es el mejor lugar para quedarse en esa ciudad. "

But they did gave us the option to check out an hour later. My only suggestion is that they need to put a long mirror as the only mirror they have is in the bathroom. We went for a wedding weekend and couldn’t see how we looked before leaving. Other than that, this is a great place to spend a nice relaxing weekend. "
