Welcome to this charming 1-bedroom downstairs unit, perfectly situated right across from the stunning Carters Beach. Ideal for couples or solo travellers, it offers a relaxed coastal escape with all the comforts you need.

The open-plan living area flows effortlessly, creating a light and airy space to unwind and soak in the laid-back beach vibes. The kitchenette is equipped with modern conveniences including an Air Fryer, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Electric Frypan, and bar fridge, making it easy to prepare quick snacks or leisurely meals.

The bedroom opens via sliding doors onto a front verandah, giving you a front-row seat to the ocean waves. The combined bathroom/laundry ensures convenience, while the backyard invites you to enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Stay connected with Wifi for sharing your beachside adventures or keeping up with work and leisure online.

Nestled in the quaint coastal village of Kianga, you’ll enjoy spectacular views of the Tasman Sea and Montague Island. Positioned between Dalmeny and North Narooma along Dalmeny Drive, it’s easy to explore nearby beaches, cafés, and attractions. For the more active, the Narooma to Dalmeny Cycleway passes through Kianga, perfect for walking or cycling along the coast.

Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled holiday by the sea, this Kianga haven offers an unforgettable coastal experience.

Great location, Functional apartment

We had a very relaxing stay at this property. The location is excellent and the ease of access was very good. The apartment is simple and functional with all the basics provided. The bedroom has wonderful views directly out to the ocean for whale spotting.

Beachfront Bliss

Location, location, location! Could not get more perfect. Magnificent views across the ocean to Montague Island. Bed was super comfy. The accomodation was equipped as described although there was no wifi. The only downside was the t.v. as we could only get ABC and SBS which was a little disappointing.But, all in all, it was perfect for us and we would definately stay here again.Iwould have been naccomodat

The property stank like mould and we spent the first couple of hours of our holiday cleaning. There was still toothpaste spit in the sink from previous guests. The listing states that linen is supplied but there weren't any bath towels - we needed to purchase them, along with scented candles and febreeze to manage the smell during our stay. The door connecting the apartment to the rest of the house was not able to be secured from inside the apartment - this means that whoever comes and goes from the main house can access the apartment at any time. The backyard was overgrown and the bbq on the ground. It felt like an abandoned dumping ground for old furniture. The view is lovely but overall this property is in no way worth the price paid.
