The hotel was clean and very well designed the staff were absolutely lovely so polite and helpful. There was a great selection at the buffet breakfast as well as extra items you could order from the menu . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in Hanoi close to so many things in the old quarter close to the lake and the French quarter and if you want to visit the modern part of the city it’s a short extremely affordable taxi ride.
