"Excellent stay!!!! Staff exceptional in customer service. Would definitely stay again! Amenities are excellent. Very modern and upscale, excellent city view with nice wide windows with automatic shades. Bidet on toilets, everything modern in room. Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful infinity pool. Game room for children was awesome. I love the indoor jacuzzi with the city view, also have a steam room. The hotel is inside the mall and access to BTS/MRT. Very convenient. Close to everything also there has to be like 50 different restaurants inside the mall so eating options were abundant. Walking distance to park is 8-10 mins. Would definitely stay again! "

"The property is a little dated especially in the pool area, but the pool bar was excellent. Located next to ICON SIAM, it was super convenient to think of dining options, literally right next door! The boat service also made it really convenient to cross to the other side. The only downside was the traffic in the area was chaotic, so expect Grab rides to be lonnnnng. However, taking public transport was very convenient with the station located right outside the hotel (Taking the public transport will save you time over taking Grab) The service at this hotel was impeccable! I can honestly say it was the best service I experienced at any hotel in Bangkok (I come to BKK once every three to six months)"
