Keystone Townhome in Quiet Location Near Resort Shuttle, Access to Activities

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features a private one car garage equipped with a EV charger and private laundry. The deck offers beautiful treed views with mountains in the distance. With the resort shuttle picking up nearby you’re just minutes from the gondola, shopping, restaurants and festivities. Ski Tip offers shared amenities including an oversized, centrally located hot tub. Guests of Ski Tip also have access to the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features an entire wall of windows allowing lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings lend to the overall spaciousness. There is a large mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and cozy furnishings. The couch has a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Just off the living area is access to the deck with beautiful views. The deck opens up onto green-space, perfect for outside play and building snowmen.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. On the main level is a half bath with a pedestal sink and toilet. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Near the half bath is the private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious primary suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination with jets. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Great Location

Location is just a few blocks from keystone. Hot tub was a nice after a long day of skiing. Quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Great ski weekend!!

Nice to get away with the family. This place was perfect for our elementary school kids. We had everything we needed and close to Keystone for a day of skiing.

Great spot!

This place was great - lots of exploring to be done right around the condo. We stayed in the summer and I would note there is no AC and it did get quite hot. The condo was well stocked with fans which was much appreciated! Would love to stay here in the winter to ski. The management company was quick to respond to all inquiries. Very clean and loved the white bedding!

Great Stay

My son and I had a great stay and skied at A Basin. The unit was a good location for that being on the east side of Keystone. I thought it was one of the best places I have stayed in Summit County. You can tell the owners and management take great care to make it a pleasant and hassle free experience. Attention to details (knowing what it is like to stay somewhere) were noticeable. Little things like labeling some of the light switches, lots of tissue boxes around, really thorough instructions. Place was very nicely furnished and nice airy design with much natural light. Great place to spend some time.

Read your rental agreement thoroughly.

Property was great but the management company not so much... If you plan on booking read the agreement Summit County Rentals sends you throughly. They have hidden fees in the contract and will not refund you for them. 12 pages and hide “damage insurance” in multiple lines of initialing - this should be listed first but embedded in a sea of text and agreements to be shady.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good rental in Ski Tip. Unit was a bit smaller than expected but good for 3 people to easily move around. Kitchen was fairly well stocked and I appreciated the extra trash bags, laundry detergent and paper towels. Carpet was stained family room furniture was a bit uncomfortable - it would have been nice to have 2 couches so everyone could spread out. Location to shuttle was awesome and we never drove to the slopes. As mentioned previously, garage is very small so I doubt a full size SUV would fit.

This condo was beautiful and well decorated. The lifts and or bus route was just outside our door. Snow removal was kept up and lighting was good. The grand kids enjoyed the rooms and layout of the condo. It was nice to have updated Apps on the smart TVs. We will definitely come again. Restaurants in the area were very good. Pizza 101. Sunrise cafe etc.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was disappointing. I expected better.A brief rundown of the positives and negatives.The positives: There is more than enough room and the fireplace is really nice. Each upstairs bathroom has a en suite, and the half bath downstairs is an awesome extra for families. If you have a small enough car (i.e sedan or smaller), you can actually use the garage too. The negatives: There is a camera at the front door. If it was ever disclosed, I missed it. But I significantly dislike staying at properties that feel the need to monitor your coming and goings. If I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn’t have stayed here. It’s creepy and unsettling. They don’t take cleaning seriously. Toenails and kids toys under the bed, sunflower seeds in and under couch, dishes that hadn’t been washed (but we’re just put away dirty), clothes covered in dust on the floor behind furniture, etc. It seemed as though there was an “ick” factor every time we turned. The furniture is cheap, too. The table and couch are decent, but the living room chairs are unusable and the guest bedroom mattresses were pretty bad. The coffee pot is *the* worst. If you do stay here and want coffee, bring your own!!Location is by a bus stop and the community dumpster.A additional note on customer service:I was a little irked that they wanted photos for proof of what was dirty. When I initially notified them, I assumed the immediate response would be “let’s fix that right away”, not “send me pictures”. They did eventually offer to send a cleaning crew, but it was too little too late. We went and bought our own cleaning stuff.All in all, we won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it. I might give it another try if they figure out how to clean properly and invest in better fu

Great stay!

This was the second time staying at this property. We love the main room, it feels spacious and comfy. The hot tub is just a short walk away and is very large! We had to it ourselves both nights. The only complaint is that the beds aren’t that comfortable and could use a mattress upgrade. Otherwise our stay way great again and we would consider this condo next time in keystone.

Father/daughter snowboarding trip!

Two father/daughter couples stayed here and had a great trip. This Ski Tip condo was perfect for us…very clean, convenient, and great proximity to shuttle stop! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

First, this location is perfect; it is just a couple minutes drive to the main lot for Keystone. The home was clean, with nice appliances and a great view out of the living room. It's not very big, but certainly suitable for a family of five, and there is plenty of space for gear near the entry. We had a few issues, nothing major, such as a drain in the bath that was backing up, and they fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and helpful, which you don't always get with VRBO's. I wish they had a hot tub on the premises, but it's a short walk (a couple of buildings down the road). Overall, I would recommend it.

Amazing Trip

This property was one of our favorites! It felt just like home as soon as we stepped in the door. We had such an amazing experience! My 2 and 4yo really enjoyed being here as well they had a blast! It was clean, organized and above all the check in and check out was extremely easy! We definitely will be coming back in the future!

Decent stay mostly as advertised

The text directions skipped an entire street (Independence) which cost us about 20 minutes of extra time trying to find the condo. There was a blanket stored in a coffee table that after starting to use it we discovered a used bandage from previous guests. Finally the king bedroom shower had no hot water.
