"The room are small, yet they are not lacking in amenities. Having in-room washer-dryer is a major convenience, particularly after one has traveled for several weeks. I found breakfast easy and well stocked, tasty, and very well attended. I would come back to this hotel."

"Great pr operty in an excellent location-amenities, staff and rooms all fabulous-my only bugbear to s the parking-T is a with a 3rd party operator and is supposed to be 200yen is using a ticket from the hotel-we parked at 1,35 and I specifically asked whether that was going to be ok and r whether we were going to get charged for 2 days and was told that was ok it would count as 1 day-I queried this a number for f times-sure enough we were charged for 2 days…."

"This is an excellent hotel that we just picked by shear good luck. The hotel is very clean, breakfast buffet is fantastic, rooms are clean with fresh water in the fridge everyday. Hotel staff very friendly & spoke basic English which helped for us. Location is great as well, right next to Canal City shopping & food and a short walk to Hakata station which is a major hub making travel anywhere easy. Neighborhood very safe as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Fukuoka!"
