Cute place. The clothing optional pool is much quieter suring the day than elsewhere and can be a nicer place to start off than somrwhere busier like Island House if you're shy about getting naked.

Great location. Lots of things to do in the area. Fun place to hang out. Front desk not so friendly though. Breakfast is kind of the same as any chain hotel. Showers were very unpredictable with temperature.

Can’t beat the location. All the employees were fantastic - from the front desk, to bar staff, to housekeeping, everyone was so welcoming. It’s important to remember that it’s an older building, so if you want the Hilton, then go stay there. The back patio bar is clothing optional, but not required. There are plenty of people doing both. No pressure, no discomfort. Would definitely stay again!

Key West Holiday

This was my 3rd visit to this property and I had an excellent time. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful with Checking into the hotel. Alejandro & Mike kept my room in tip top shape with amenities & towels. A wonderful pool and hot tub area next to a full bar poolside. Overall a super vacation at New Orleans House.

Nice for a gay couple.I would stay there again.

The staff was very attentive, and the location is wonderful. they also give you free tickets to a drag show as well as two drinks a night, so you saved some money. the room was manageable, but I do wish they would update the blinds which needed fixed. besides that, it was clean and centrally located and like I said, they give you some good deals on entertainment.

One of the great things about New Orleans House is that it is in the middle of everything. One of the not so great things about New Orleans House is that it is in the middle of everything. Each night, the bar below put the speakers pointing out the front door. This made the sound echo around the porch outside our room (we stayed on the front). The music was not only so loud that we could not hear our own TV, it was sung by someone that could not tune. The plumbing is a mystery. We did not have hot water. Not sure why. The room was not clean. I had to wear my socks in the room because without them, I could feel the dirt or grim or whatever on my feet. It was like walking on sand. That of course ended up in the bed. For what you get, the price is very high. Island House is much nicer and quieter. ***just an extra note, if you were a handicapped person you would be pretty much out of luck. Since the clientele here is pretty old, you might want to think about that.
