My only negative thought would be allowing smoking by the pool and hot tub areas and what seemed to be a designated smoking area was right below our room so we had to walk through it often.

This was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in the single studio building. It is in a great location for walking everywhere, only used the car once. The pool and hot tub area is smaller, but we were not looking to hang out in this area for long periods. There was a separate area for lounging around and that was adequate for our purposes. Great place overall and we will try and stay here again if it is available.

Location is great for activities. Staff was friendly. Even though Rosters are part of Key West, they are getting out of control with crowing all night out your bedroom window (take ear plugs). There is a hidden hotel amenity fee of $39.99 per night for a couple. I did double-check Expedia advertisement and the parking fee is mentioned but not the amenity fee. If you check other sites it is mentioned. Overall it is a unique place to stay and would do it over.
