Summary:
Welcome to Sky Suite On Duval Street - a newly remodeled masterpiece that overlooks world famous Duval Street. The front house of Sky Suite is a rare find on the 700 block of Duval Street. History meets luxury here in this 1935 home that has been updated with modern designs and finishes. The location provides a great home base for all of your activities on the island and a place to kick off your night on the town.

The Space:
The downstairs master suite features a King-sized bed and a chic, newly remodeled master bathroom with brushed-nickel light fixtures and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead.

Inside the upstairs bedroom you will find another King-sized bed, large windows for letting the morning sunlight in and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with glass shower doors and pebbled floors.

Along with the spacious king suites, you can find a queen-size murphy-bed easily accessible in the living room for an additional two guests joining in on your trip.

The spacious, colorful common area offers a plush, 3-seat tanned leather sofa, a unique dining table for six and french doors leading to the private balcony overlooking Duval Street. On your way up to the second bedroom, there is a powder room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. The custom-built, gourmet kitchen features stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.

How to access: This is a second-story home with stair access only.

On the 700 block of Duval, The Sky Suites on Duval is centralized to everything Key West. Feel the energy of Duval Street from your own private balcony that overlooks downtown and has plenty of room to enjoy a quiet morning or a late night hangout.

In the heart of Duval street you can find many of locals favorite's such as: Martins, 915, 801 Bourbon Street Pub, Moondog Cafe & The Hemingway House.

Looking for a night out? Find Willy T's, Fogarty's and Fat Tuesday’s at the other end of Duval, but don’t worry there are pedicabs everywhere for easy transportation up and down Duval Street. Being in the heart of everything does come with noise of Duval street, but nonetheless an easy and convenient location to experience all Key West has to offer!

Getting Around:
Parking Information: Worried about parking? Don't! Sky Suite offers one private off-street parking spot located behind the building - quite the luxury in Key West! Please note the spot is tight and meant for smaller vehicles.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance.

Great location

Great location and was largely as anticipated, but with the proximity to some of the local night life, it was very noisy into the early AM hours. Otherwise a very good stay.

Perfect Getaway Place

Very clean and stocked with everything you need to settle in for a comfortable stay. House is perfectly located in the middle of Duval Street for easy access to sightseeing hot spots, restaurants or sunset views. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

In the Heart of Key west

The check in process was simple, location was excellent. We walked every where and loved the front balcony that looked out over the hopping Duvall street. Looking forward to returning!!

Key West St. Patrick’s Day

Property very nice, convenient area. Shower in upstairs en-suite did not work but management addressed the issue and resolved the problem. Decks, stairs and railings could stand to be sanded and painted. Barn style door on 1/2 bath did not stay closed and had no handle on interior, management addressed the issue but the door is not wide enough to provide secure privacy for the bathroom.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the stay at the Sky Suite on Duval. The property was as described and gave us a great place to relax. The people watching from the balcony was a hit. The only down side might be the outdoor speaker from the Bourbon Street Pub a few doors down. The speaker was extra loud highlighting a “not so great” singer one night. This doesn’t take away from the great features of the property, but be aware this is in a lively area. The property manager was great when we had a small issue with no working hair dryers and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property. Comfortable accommodations and a location we would recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Came to Key West to celebrate a 60th birthday and this property was perfectly located to food, bars, famous sites and much more! This property has a balcony overlooking Duval which was fun at night to watch the people.

Girls trip getaway

We three ladies had a great stay at this condo. We had no issues. Beds were comfy. Great updated bathrooms/showers. If you are sleeping on the Murphy bed it can be a bit noisy with people out on the street/drag racing etc. The bedrooms both have window a/c units which help keep the room cool but also drown out the outside noises. Would definitely stay again.

Our Keys Getaway Vacation

My husband and I chose this place because is was pretty much in the middle of Duval! Once we got into the unit, it was BEAUTIFUL!! Everything looked recently remodeled. (A flight of stairs to the unit, and another flight to the 2nd bedroom.) Both bedrooms ~ each with a full bathroom ~ were spacious, the living area was really big, and the kitchen was perfect size. We didnt need the washer and dryer, but that is a definite bonus for people staying more than a few days!! The front patio that overlooks Duval is the perfect People Watching spot. Management mentioned that parking would be a bit tight, but we managed to fit our 2023 Rogue into the spot without any problems.

They place is beautiful as the pictures of the property show. Great location!!! Early checkin is possible, however, it is computer based for the code so we had to call to get the door opened. I gave it 4 stars since the upstairs bathroom door was broken and couldn’t be used. I notified property owners so I’m sure that will fixed! I would definitely rent again 😁

Terrific!

Newly renovated property. Primary room is attractive and large. It easily fits 4 people comfortably. Balcony over Duval St is fun. It's shaded in the afternoon and great for people watching. Bathrooms are new and up to current standards. Kitchen is small and good for making breakfast and lunch. We chose to make breakfast, but ate out. The entrance is a narrow walk way between two buildings. It's not a good first impression, but more than made up for after you enter the residence. Owners are nice and communications are good. We were very pleased. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Something wild for everyone

We are a diverse group: two birdwatching, senior citizens and one 21 year-old (on the lookout for excitement— not interested in birds) We all had a lot of fun. The balcony was better TV for the old folks. They had plenty of people watching—til 3AM. The 21 year-old got into the balcony viewing action, too. We took advantage of being located at ground zero for Key West’s best drag shows. ( We all highly recommend the Birdcage Show if you want some family friendly entertainment starring the incredible Christopher Peterson) The restaurants and shopping were only steps away— and the sunset festival was an easy stroll (even for the old folks) And one last tip for the birders in your group: The elusive White Crowned Pigeon can be spotted right from the balcony — and up and down Duval Street Something for everyone.

Perfect Location with Great Amenities

We came to Key West for a couple of days with another couple. We decided to stay in the condo instead of a hotel. I am so glad we did! The condo had a great vibe!! It is in an old building but has been nicely updated. It is very large and easily accommodated 4 adults. It was so nice to have two primary en suites. The location is great because it is down the road from the larger Key West bars, etc. - but there are bars, restaurants and shops right there. The pizza shop below was dinner @ the condo. That was also nice after a long day. Communication throughout the process was perfect. The parking space is a huge plus! We parked the car and never moved it until we left. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking duval street where there was always plenty to see. Would book again!

Key West Fun

We were able to enjoy this property during a short two day adventure we had in Key West. It is a perfect location if you want to be right in the middle of all the fun and action. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was for sleeping despite it's location. Not that it was silent, but with all the music and crowd on the street the noise was very manageable inside. The accommodations were very comfortable, very clean, and owners were very responsive to questions prior to, and during our stay. The only issue we had was we arrived at 5:30pm and foot and car traffic were crazy. Finding a place to park our larger vehicle was close to impossible. We ended up leaving our suitcases in the car because we couldn't pull in and unload and the closest we could find to park was about a mile away in a garage. We grabbed a smaller bag with what we needed and thankfully our stay was short enough so we didn't need much. I think if you come during the morning/afternoon this would be less of an issue, and if you have a smaller vehicle that can use the available parking. This is by no means a reflection on the property owners, but just the nature of being in such a popular and central location. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
