It is a Airbnb location, no staff onsite, little things like the porch lights not working, shades in the bathroom are broke, recommend bring your own soap, the little bottles they give are a pain. If you rent, come prepared to do it on your own

1st time staying here - loved it... need to read more on the history of the building, but loved the entire feel from the wrap around porch with rocking chairs, to the courtyard and pool. my room was spacious and very comfortable... easy walk from Duval street (1/4 block) and all the dining and entertainment is mere blocks away... i will be back
