"The folks at the counter, and the concierge desk were always so helpful and pleasant. There was a different person at the concierge desk every day, it was nice to get different opinions from them. The front desk crew were always smiling, and making sure we got our cookies! Yummy! We were very fortunate to have your restaurant server, Wu Yan on our last night before heading home. Very nice. He is an asset to your organization. And the shrimp Alfredo was the creamiest. One of the best I’ve ever had. Had the breakfast buffet only on one day. There was a nice selection. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were wonderful. Liked having the bench and table. It came in very handy. Loved having the coffee pot in the room, and it made a good cup of coffee. My only complaint is the lights in-between the beds. They were nice enough to look at, but I like to read in bed at night and my partner wants to sleep. The lighting was terrible for reading. The shuttle was a wonderful addition! Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about getting back-and-forth from downtown, or the airport was a great relief. We’re already talking about when we couldn’t come back."

"We had an amazing stay! The staff was so courteous and accommodating from start to finish. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a sweet note for our anniversary, which meant so much to us. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of toiletries, and we even had a patio with chairs overlooking the pool, which we loved. The pools were clean and there were plenty of things to do for both the kids and the adults. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely come back!"

"Check in person was polite with me he advised elevator was not working and did suggest helping with my luggage. Room looked clean but screaming GERMS SHEETS AND BLANKET dingy felt like sand was in it. I caught an allergic reaction. I had to take Benadryl that next morning. To clam the hives and break out . I went to the front desk. I spoke with Miss McKenzie and supervisor on staff. Which did not care to accommodate me with any results. I advised of nasty condition. I also sent a text message as advised to housekeeping but still not clean, but they’re not changed. Sheets still will not change after five hours and not to mention television did not work. A technician came out five hours later to work on television, which took an hour fix ! After COVID I thought cleanliness would have been priority ! No one apologized or accommodated me for such a disgusting stay. "

"Stayed three days. We loved the pool, very nice set up. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to downtown was great. We also rented bikes and road them all over key west."

"Aside from a couple front desk staff that were fairly snippy, almost like asking a question was a burden— everything else was great!"

"This location was great close to the beach and other amenities. Only took a few minutes to get to Duval street and other major areas. Pool and hot tub are really nice. Washer and dryer in the unit is great. "

"Excellent location. Close enough to the action that it wasn’t a hassle going to touristy areas but far enough away it felt more relaxed. The resort was very well maintained and everyone we encountered in the staff were very kind. Loved our stay. "

"This property was clean and mostly comfortable. We had periodic issues with Wifi connectivity and noisy upstairs neighbors (not the owners fault) but good to know if you are looking to rent and you are early risers and not late night people. The kitchen was nice and updated but didn't have any pantry basics like salt and pepper. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled and the bathroom off the king bedroom was great. The second bathroom shower had only warm water not hot - probably needs a adjustment of some sort. All in all, the place is nice but had some issues."
