We wanted to do some snorkeling on our trip to the Keys so I picked a place that actually has its own dive boat onsite. The day came, however, and our trip was cancelled because the waves were running high and the reefs they visit are too deep for snorkeling. This resort is really geared more for scuba aficionados. If that was our thing I'd give it a better review, but they do advertise BOTH. Whereas the dive sites they visit and the resort itself caters to scuba divers. The scuba focus added some unnecessary annoyance to our visit, since our suite bedroom window was right in front of the air compressor shack. The compressors made no noise but a rattling wall vent fan was turned on at 7:30 am. LONG before the space needed to be vented since the weather was running cool. I called the office to ask if they couldn't wait to engage it. They said dives were cancelled for the next two days due to weather and the shack wouldn't be opened. So that problem solved.
Parking was a battle. On our second day they parked a resort truck in front of our unit and left it there. We had to part on the other side of the property.
This is not directly provided by the resort, but: the onsite restaurant they tout is a food truck, and if you're willing to wait a long time for flavorless food you'll love it.
I must say, it is a really lovely waterfront location with a faux beach and dock. Sunsets were specacular.
