"I loved my stay at Novotel it was in an ideal position close to everything I needed the staff so lovely and helpful breakfast was great, and they surprised me with a bottle of wine and cake fir my birthday , such a thoughtful gesture thank you George "

"Messaged requesting an early check, didn’t receive a reply or acknowledgement. Very uncomfortable mattress & pillows. "

"Stayed at the Horizon suite club room. Got a great view of the marina. Breakfast and Dinner snacks were great in the Club room... staff were friendly too. Hotel is a bit dated, and the bed was a bit soft for us. Missing a Spa/Sauna. But still a 5 star stay for us. "

"Didnt use the pool. Breakfast wasnt brilliant. We ate on the esplanade Bathroom was tired, pipes noisy. No extractor fan. Lock on the room door broke twice. It was replaced after the second time Room itself was comfy"
