A comfortable house in a beautiful location. Quiet, private, easy access to Portinscale and Keswick. Trees, birds, garden , fells on every hand. Highly recommended.
We found the property to be exceptionally well-equipped in every respect except for the lack of Wi-Fi. This was a disappointment for us, and I suggest the Wi-Fi should be removed from the listing if it is not available. We loved our time at the property, especially the walks into Keswick along the river, hill walking and bike rental.

We really enjoyed our stay here it's a beautiful cottage in a great location the walk in to Keswick
We really enjoyed our stay here it's a beautiful cottage in a great location the walk in to Keswick is beatiful provided you have the weather, it's well equipped barring having no washing machine which as the weather was fine caused us no problem and that's with two small children.
All in all difficult to find fault with and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful break with the convieniece of being in striking distance of a beautiful market town
