We were only there for an evening, but if longer the spa/pool area very good. Pool was outside which we loved, its nice to sit under an umbrella around a pool to chill for a few hours. I often stay here for sorter work trips. Convenient central location. Prefer the rooms on higher floors and to the side or back away from King William Street. Comfortable bed. Tv is old and not inspiring to watch with movie all paid, but means I get out and about instead.

Rooms bare and basic. Tv tiny, no sports channels , remote broken. Beds very basic. Windows allow LOTS of street noise. Roller blinds don’t block out outside light. the Overall a clean and basic hotel but it’s lacking.
