We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. The owners were absolutely lovely, the apartment was new, clean, and safe. It’s an ideal spot near the famed Tel Aviv boardwalk, with incredible food on every corner. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect Tel Aviv stay."
