"We stayed at the property for 3 days. From our room the view was great, a very nice view of the pyramids from a 14th floor. They also have a great view at the roof top. Since the beginning the staff was great, great customer service and very friendly. The owner greeted us and we saw him often. They offer a complimentary breakfast that represents very well the local menu. The area is noisy and not very clean but is part of staying in a real local neighborhood and has many walkable food choices...

"This place is amazing. The owner personally greeted us at the door at midnight!! When we got lost he sent a car for us. He even took care of arranging guides, transportation and nile cruise.
