"I’m a platinum member and I’m supposed to get a upgrade if available , as soon as I was checking the front desk clerk offered me an upgrade paying more money , I told him I was a platinum member with you and I had a free upgrade and he said it was not available , then I asked him for a room on the upper floors and he said there was none and gave me a room on the 4th floor . Then my brother in law with my sister checked in after me , I had made their reservation and they were give a room on the 12th floor , I really did not like the way I was treated by that guy and that is why I gave 4 stars, the rest of the staff was very nice As far as the cleaning goes the room was just done in a hurry , the bathroom floors were not mopped , I went down to the reception and told one of the guys but he did not tell housekeeping , I don’t know if he understood me as another very frustrating issue is that NOBODY understands/speaks English and I think in a hotel chain like the Hilton the staff should speak English at least the ones having to do with the passengers"

"I didn't have a Simcard and had no way to reach them at the airport to ask them to wait for me, and I was stuck at passport control in a slow line for more than 2 hours! The driver waited for me for 3 hours without any contact from my side and still waited for me! I was so grateful! Clean car at both pickup and drop off at the airport, friendly driver who was being very accomodating and asked me what type of music I prefer! Omar was so welcoming and helpful with anything I needed! I had early tours and they went out of their way to bring me a plate full of breakfist to my door before I left to make sure I eat which was not necessary at all..they were genuinely kind and friendly! Their communication with the guests are excellent! It was my first time in Egypt, and I was a solo female traveler but I felt very safe staying at King Khafren View Inn! I would 100% go back! The bedding and room was clean with all of the amenities in the room working. I loved my stay! 100% recommend! The view of the pyramids from your bed was so lovely! I watched the people walk their camels back from the Giza plaza at night from -my bed!"

Everything is first class. But the most wonderful thing about it, is the staff, always on top of your needs, very nice and attentive. I was sick for a few days and the called to check on me, sent me soup, tea…. I just love the place. You will not regret it. Gooooo…."
