"We had a great time, the staff was wonderful the food was amazing. Do not miss the Egyptian breakfast, is very tasty. Everyone’s was very friendly and if we ever coming back definitely this will be our hotel. Tuvimos una estadía excelente, el personal muy amable y amistoso el desayuno delicioso y recomiendo el desayuno egipcio, cenamos en el hotel 3 noches y todo delicioso, recomiendo mucho la sopa de mariscos es excelente y también el cafe late muy bueno. La calle al hotel es como un callejón pero muy seguro, no teman q nosotros fuimos dos mujeres solas y no tuvimos ningun problema."

"The room was clean and the view of the pyramids was amazing. We were in the hotel for 2.5 days and lost water on all the days that we were there for numerous hours at a time. One night, there was no water for close to 12 hours. The hotel itself is in a very bad part of Cairo to the point that Uber drivers verified the location numerous times because of the area that it is located. Upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk staff tried to scam us into a "private" ride to the grand egyptiam museum for an insane amount of money compared to Uber. My husband had to tell him no numerous times because he wouldn't stop trying to get money from us. The next day, a different female desk staff tried to scam us by significantly upcharging our card when we tried to book a ride to the airport. When I went back to discuss the fraudulent charge, she conveniently didn't speak english anymore and I had to deal with another man that did. Once confronted, the female staff grabbed the exact amount that she overcharged me and gave it to me in cash before the other man was even done explaining how it was an "honest accident". I was able to get the amount that I was wrongfully charged back, but it is still imperative that you be vigilant in watching what they charge you because they try to scam everyone based on what I saw. Overall, the stay was fine so long as you know that staff is going to try and scam you. If I were to ever come back, I would stay in a different part of the city entirely."

"This little inn turned out to be great. I wish there was an elevator, but at least someone else carried our bags to the 3rd floor. The room was large, the a/c and shower worked fine, the rooftop ( a few stairs above 3rd floor) was excellent and on par with some of the other ‘pyramids hotels’ in Giza. Breakfast was ok, you could either sit in glassed in room with a/c or out in the open. Coffee was great. I loved that they had a dinner menu for our first jetlagged night and of course a view of the pyramids. Mohammed the manager was helpful to plan your stay and ask if you needed a private driver. All in all , cerycomdoetable. I loved it!."

"super location. Book a balcony room overlooking the pyramids. Good for 2 and possibly 3. Entrance to giza plateau a short walk away. Great roof deck for breakfast and dinner and other options nearby. Restaurant serves alcohol which is not the case for all hotels nearby, Safe neighborhood but lots of verndors pushing to see their shops. Just walk by and say thank you and move on. "

"Good for the money but Giza is never a place I’ll stay again. Too high pressure, not fun when everybody is trying to rip you off. Clean, breakfast was good, staff was great, no beer."

"Deceptive photos, hidden fees, and poor hygiene – do not recommend I travel often and have never encountered such a gap between online reviews and reality. This hotel feels like a surface level setup hiding serious issues. What went wrong: · Hidden fees – I already paid in advance, but was charged extra upon arrival with no prior notice. · WiFi – Almost non existent. · TV – Only local channels; no streaming services. · Noise – Zero soundproofing. I could hear everything from outside even with door and window closed. · View – Paid for a "garden view" but got a dirty alley and adjacent building. · Breakfast – Completely misrepresented. The photos online are not from their actual breakfast. · Cleaning – Bed sheets and blanket unchanged for 12 days. Floors were swept but nothing was wiped down (including the bathroom). Bathroom barely touched. · Water – No water for two days during my stay, mind you this is a dessert so it’s dusty here. · Missing amenities – No snack bar, no spa. The only positives: · The restaurant has a great view. · A couple of staff members were nice. Bottom line: Looks good online, but once you arrive and turn on the lights, the truth shows. I felt scammed and will not return. "

"Amazzzzing 😁😁. What a place, location, service and rooms. Pay the extra $$ and grab a room with a view. Worth double the price. Then book yourself a dinner reservation upstairs to watch the sun set over the pyramids of Giza and then enjoy the light show and fireworks. Will never forget our stay here (and we do a lot of travelling) 😁😁"
