The room was clean the bed was like sleeping on box springs no comfort. Toilet paper holder was broken, and the plastic drain cover on the tub was broken and could cut a foot. The AC heater was good. Staff was great. Parking fine. I was in room 238.

I reserved with them for an emergency trip, and was relatively satisfied with the stay! The room was functional and clean, and check in/out was an easy process. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and it would be nice if they unblocked one of the property exits, but otherwise it was a basic stay that kept me comfortable!

Amazing

The room were cleaned,the bedding and towels were super clean (white) which makes you feel at home. Dreck was at the front desk when we checked in he did a good job upsaleing the rooms,we ended up paying $30 more to check in 2hour early,which was worth it.Very friendly and respectful with a gorgeous smile.

Booked 2 rooms and one of our rooms had roaches the minute I turned on the light! The front desk was friendly but the rooms were not clean and the hotel looks like people live there which is fine with me but it was noisy and loud most of the time !!! Again, staff was great, the rooms weren't!

Hotel Good, Guests Not so much

First things first, do your research about this accommodation - whilst we encountered no real issues, some of the clientele left a lot to be desired. Then there was also the staff member who shouted at me for parking the wrong way, with no one explainat? Dafuq was that about. Beds very comfortable though and good sleep. 15 min drive to the light railway

We have been to a lot of motels since my fiance got murdered in match but by far this is the place we wi stay at from now on cause they got ecerything stove refrigerator microwaves everythinv we need to yse right there.staff was so anszi v and tgey been through sraff when we started stay in august of 2024.

You get what you pay for

I looked at reviews before I booked this hotel and thought I knew what I was getting for the low daily rate. The people were nice but the rooms were run down, with both mold and dirt everywhere. The walls had food items on them and the shower had mold everywhere. Generally I was a little worried about being safe because of the location and clientele. Just be aware this is $100 or so a night for a very very good reason. I am all for run down but not disgustingly dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Property has abit of construction ongoing, so elements like the elevators aren’t working, so if you need help, just inquire for a 1st floor room. Property is great. In room fridge, stove top, and microwave. Aside from the construction, hotel is good, and a reasonably close distance to SEATAC and the Rental Car Facility.

Budget Friendly

You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The staff was friendly and check in/ check out was smooth. The pillows are pretty flat and the room can get pretty cold at night. But besides that it has a full sized fridge and mini kitchenette. It’s perfect for a couple looking for a simple room, nothing fancy.
