"Great location and beautiful setting. Walking distance to the shopping area and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and bathrooms have the amenities. The breakfast choices are simple and leaves room for improvement "

"The positives were the availability of services in the summer: indoor and out door pool, pool bar, indoor and outdoor hot tub, and Continental breakfast. It is about 1 1/2 miles to dock square and 1/2 mile to beach. Off season (Oct through may), it was a quiet hotel, great hot shower, and very good breakfast. But the indoor hot tub was broken. And the fitness center was closed. Outdoor hot tub and pool were not ready. It always amazes me that hotels can advertise these services, but are not responsible to make sure they are working. The clerk told us that it was advertised that the hot tubs were broken. She was mistaken. It was not advertised on the Travelocity site and it was one of the reasons why we picked this place. The fitness center was the other reason and that was also closed. Why doesn’t the consumer get a discount when services are not accurate? I’m disappointed and will probably never stay there again."

"Clean room "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked again. I hope in the future they come up with a better system for lost or stolen items. "
