The floor plan features an open-concept kitchen with farm-sink, stainless appliances, floating oak shelving, and is fully equipped with the needed essentials. A dining area, living room with flat screen tv, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower provide you a perfect getaway. The light-filled space has wide-plank white-oak hardwood floors, dimmable LED lighting and designer furnishings. The suite sleeps a maximum of four guests with a plush Casper queen bed, superior sheet sets, non-allergenic pillows, blankets and duvet covers. The living room has a convertible sleeper sofa with linens and bedding, perfect for children or your short term guests. A private terrace off the bedroom with retractable awning and bistro table set is an ideal space to enjoy a book or soak up the sun.

At TWENTY SHORE we are a NO SMOKING property. We regret that because of our 2nd floor location we are not handicap accessible. No Pets. Even though our calendar may say we are fully booked, please inquire on specific dates, there may be availability. NOTE: We are located in the village which is an energy-filled busy place during the summer and across from the Piano Bar which can be quite loud until closing time.
PARKING: We are fortunate to be able to provide on-site parking in the downtown area, as space is very limited in the town. Each suite rental has (1) Space Only. Our driveway is quite tight and hard to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle please note it in your reservation and we will work to accommodate if at all possible. If our parking lot does not work for you there are town & private lots that accept daytime and overnight parking for a fee. Off-site additional parking spots and fees are not included and will not be reimbursed by us. Thank you.

Great location on the main road in Ogunquit within walking to food and the beach. My kids immediately started playing with the jenga blocks and dominos when we walked in the door. A very nice touch! Easy check in and no issues while on property.
This was our second time staying at this condo. The location can’t be beat as it is right in the center of downtown Ogunquit. Really cute set up with all the amenities that you would need. The only challenge might be if you are on the older side of 60, like we are, the living room furniture was a bit of a challenge to get in and out of as it lays low to the floor. Also keep in mind, the unit is on the second level, and both front and back stairwells are fairly steep. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Looking forward to our next visit.
My husband and I stayed here on Columbus Day weekend. The condo was nice and clean as well as very spacious for 2 guests. The listing is accurate and everything they said would be there was. The only negative was the lack of response to my correspondence asking for a late check out (for a fee), but I never got a response from anyone. Thankfully it wasn’t too important a question. Otherwise, all good and we’d definitely return.
We loved our stay. The location was convenient to everything. The apartment was very contemporary and beachy. The living space was great for hanging out. One note, the windows in this area are located at the back entrance, so privacy was somewhat of an issue. The kitchen is equipped for short stays, not really for gourmet meals. There is a Keurig for coffee but bring your own pods or visit one of the local coffee spots. The bathroom is small but sufficient. Lots of closet space. The bed was nice and firm. Loved the private patio off the main bedroom. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.
The property manager is extremely helpful.
The stay was exactly as described and we would stay here again. The one note I had is that the parking spot was between the buildings on the right. You are literally on the Main Street, it was a wonderful location to walk everywhere.
I would like to start off by saying this is a great place in a great location. We stayed a single night, and the location was perfect. It’s a very lively area, active late into the night. For those who go to bed a bit early (and we do), the white noise machine did the job.The Ocean Apartment we stayed in had a nice little balcony overlooking the back, giving us a private spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. The kitchen had everything one would need—though for just one night, we didn’t take advantage of it.This is somewhere we can easily see ourselves staying again!
The apartment had a good amount of space for both of us and our pup. We stayed in suite 5. We loved being able to walk to Ogunquit beach in under 10 minutes!
We were in the back unit among four on the second floor of a building right downtown. The location couldn't be better to walk to most things in town. Restaurants on the way to Wells required us to drive, but otherwise we simply walked everywhere.
If you have read other reviews, you've likely noted that many mention the situation with parking. Take it seriously. There are four spaces in a small lot directly behind the units. If all four renters drive Mini Coopers and park within the lines of their space, it will go well. If anyone drives today's normal SUVs, it could be a recipe for disaster. It is tight, tight, tight. We were the only renters during the week, so it was fine. On our last evening, all four spaces were filled. We chose not to drive to the restaurant we'd intended to visit simply because we didn't want to park a car in the lot late at night upon our return. Honestly, it is the parking that would give us pause about choosing this property again.
Sunday through Thursday, the neighborhood was quiet at night. On Friday night, there was a club nearby and the music, shouting, and laughter was loud until 1 AM. The unit came with a small white noise machine, but I'm glad that we also travel with one as well.
Two things we'd change and that would be easy fixes for the unit owners are as follows. First, we needed more eating utensils. There was one teaspoon & two larger soups spoons. Second, please stock decaf pods for the Keurig.
Ogunquit is lovely & the unit is nice.
My wife and I greatly enjoyed our brief one-night stay. The location is excellent for intown access. Parking is limited but the space is clean and comfortable. Exceeded expectations, owner is very nice and helpful. Thanks again, looking forward to future visits. Craig & Amie.
Enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, quiet and very convenient to everything. Parking was a little tough, but doable. Can’t wait to return

Different than I thought
Although everything inside was fine, it was not what I expected. The parking was extremely tight and it was on the second floor. There wasn't really anywhere to take the dog and a fairly steep step to navigate every time we went out. The apartment living area itself was dark. We couldn't find regular TV although there was Netflix available. It took us over an hour to find the silverware but the dishes and pots and pans were great. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and both the coach and bed were very low which made it difficult to get up from if you are older as we are. There was an incredible amount of noise on Saturday evening as there is a bar right across the street. It was after midnight before it quieted down. The price was very reasonable so I perhaps should have assumed some of these things. I think the owners did all they could. I just would not stay here again.
We love The Front Porch and everything in the center of Ogunquit and this was the perfect location. Beautifully renovated. Minimal but most amenities needed were provided. No kleenex or napkins and only 2 towels were provided for 2 of us. 2 more would have been nice. The fridge was fine but buzzed like heck so we slid something under it to balance it and it stopped. Yay!
The bed was very comfy. Didnt use the sofa bed. Plenty of room for the dog crate. Ez access and keyless entry. Very bright and cheery. Cute little balcony but it overlooks the parking lot...but still nice to sit out on a sunny morning.
Owners were good at emailing fairly quickly in response to messages. We had a great time!
