"The owner was very nice and the space was as listed, with a couple of significant exceptions. Someone lives in the basement which was not communicated properly per the listing and was unsettling. The kitchen was not as expected as there was food stuck to countertops that had to be cleaned before we unpacked. In addition, we were not able to cook as there were few pans and no utensils. They did drop off an odd assortment which did not really help. This could be a great property to stay in with...
