Cleanliness: Very clean room, hotel, and bathroom. Staff: We came in around 8pm hoping to check in and go to bed but weren't seen by anyone for at least 15 minutes. There was a woman working with long red hair at the counter that was on the phone chatting the entire time. It was very unprofessional and I would have appreciated her signaling us to sit down indicating that it would take a bit of time. Staff in the morning was kind and made extra coffee after we ran out. Breakfast: This place does not have free breakfast. They offer a limited quantity of cereal bars, coffee, and oatmeal packets. That's all that was there when I came down. Beside this "breakfast" station are two huge vending machines you can purchase snacks from. Parking: Good, plenty of spaces. Safe area to park in.

The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean. Great rooms. The one major disappointment was breakfast. They shouldn’t be able to say breakfast included. There were a few packets of oatmeal out and no coffee brewed. If you’re looking for convenience in location to the airport and a clean stay, would highly recommend.

New hotel that is very clean however stripped bare of any personality and amenities. Why put a mini kitchen in if you don’t offer even a fork or tea in the room with a cup? Beds are bouncy and slide away from headboard linens and towels are entry level and breakfest?? A few yoghurts in mini frig and packets of instant coffee - please.. I could have gone to Hyatt for $20 more

I did not stay in this hotel not because I didn’t want to. I was told by the desk clerk that I couldn’t get checked in because their internet service has been down for hours and she doesn’t know what time it will be restored. This is a new hotel with no back up plan when things like this happens. I had no choice but go to another hotel that night. It was a terrible experience.
