We enjoyed our stay at this log cabin! Very cozy well stocked with everything you need!
The woodstove was perfect for our cooler evening. Yes it’s close to the road however it is very quiet as there’s hardly any traffic. Great little gem! Will definitely return again!
This property is great for those who just want to relax and stay close to the cabin. Not a lot of trails close, be prepared to drive. Both close towns are around a 15-20 minute drive. The cabin is close to the road so just be prepared for that.
Overall we really loved this cute little cabin. It’s clean and amenities are on point. Thanks again!
A cozy cottage with a well-stocked kitchen, spotless bedsheets and towels, and an inviting outdoor area. We couldn't make use of the patio furniture due to the weather, but did enjoy the view and the sounds of the rushing water. The large covered porch came in very handy as we could still sit outside and use the barbeque while it rained.
We appreciated having chopped wood on hand for the stove, and also the Ontario Parks permit. We did manage to go hiking in Arrowhead one of the days.
Thank you for a wonderful Canada Day weekend!
We loved our stay here. A very thoughtful and well appointed cabin. Great location for exploring other towns and scenic attractions. We felt quite at home and were disappointed when our stay was over. The bathroom door does not close. That's why I only gave four stars. The two outside doors need a major slam to close, but they DO close. The bathroom door does not. I feel the management knows this, or should know it.
Easy to find. Loved the look of it riding up the driveway. Very comfortable with everything needed right there. The beds are comfy and love the big windows to see the trees and the moon.
Had a great dinner at the Red Canoe to celebrate Pierre's birthday. Our daughter-in-law and granddaughter really enjoyed the cabin and loved the walk in the morning. The babbling brook was a BIG hit too.
Thanks very much for being there to answer all our questions. You did a wonderful job with everything.

My husband and I (and our dog) stayed here for our anniversary weekend. It was very clean when we arrived and smelled like pine. Super cozy! As other reviews mentioned the doors are a hard to close but it’s doable! Not a problem at all. And as far as the “close to the road” it’s not a problem at all. I think we saw 3-4 cars go by the entire weekend. Very quiet road! Lots of wood for the little wood stove (which worked really well)
We also went for lunch at red canoe restaurant which was about a 5 minute drive away. Great view of sand lake from there.
Perfect for a relaxing weekend away from busy life.
