"It is good to be back. Having first stayed here three years ago, I wanted to see if the place still held up, and it is easily just as good as I remembered, if not better. The food remains a massive highlight; the breakfast buffet is excellent, with the fresh salads and desserts being particular standouts. My room was thoroughly comfortable, but it was the staff who made the experience, always staying one step ahead to ensure I was well looked after. It is a brilliant, welcoming spot for a solo traveller."

"The apartment was clean, modern, had in room laundry and very quiet. It served our needs perfectly. We had a family event in Astana and this was close by, so ideal. Check in leaves some room for improvement. We found no visual reference to the hotel name on the outside of the building, which was a little confusing at 2:30am. You need to take one elevator, past a security door to floor 6 then locate the desk. Pay a modest security deposit then take a second elevator to the floor. There are handy C-stores in the building and coffee shops right there for a quick breakfast. So one you are checked in it was plain sailing."

What truly sets it apart is the staff; they are attentive, professional, and go out of their way to ensure a seamless stay. The rooms offer a perfect blend of comfort and functionality, and the central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers."
