We only stayed for 1 night on our way to Dunedin. After spending the evening in Oamaru we could have stayed longer and would definitely stay at the motor lodge when we visit again.

Bigger fridge/freezer needed and a little too much road noise from the front, double glazing would be great, strange that it installed at the rear, a bit sparse on utensils, crockery, a decent hotplate would be an added bonus, having said all that I would gladly stay here again!
