"Ideally located at the bottom of Kata beach just a few minutes walk either on the street/narrow paths or along the beach to where the majority of Kata restaurants and shops start. Our room was well-appointed and with a bed that was big and comfortable. The view from our room was glorious, overlooking the pool and out to the ocean just what we had hoped for. More than anything though, it was the staff who made our stay so memorable. We found all the Chanalai staff courteous, respectful and willing to assist whenever needed. Nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to poolside staff especially Bank. "
