"The Achensee area of Austria is a hidden gem that we cannot recommend enough. We were there during the quiet off-season and really enjoyed it. The house was very nice too. It had two full sized bedrooms and then a smaller room possibly for a child. The kitchen was well outfitted and the dining/living area would comfortably accommodate six. Best part was the outdoor patio and the views of the lake. We can recommend. "

"Pros: Perfect location for Seefeld Langlauf and Gschwandtkopf ski piste and for local buses to Roshütte ski and Leutaschtal/Wildmoos areas. Great snow and weather, but sadly this cannot be garanteed :). Small but comfortable and cosy flat with good views over the Wetterstein mountains. Nice spacious bathroom.
