"Wow, we stayed in the glass house on the 7th floor (superior room) and what an experience. The view was stunning, room spacious with lovely comfy bed. We didn’t use the spa but were able to see it and we will definitely come again to use the spa too, it is not classed as wellness hotel but has so much better spa than any other spa hotel I have seen. Only open few hours in evening though. Breakfast was lovely and the lady at the reception was so helpful. I booked the room last minute as Innsbruck town centre was fully booked and I am pleased it was as no way we would stay in such a lovely hotel otherwise. "
