"The property was in a location that was difficult to reach by public transportation due to the lack of sidewalks. The lobby was nice but the room needed updating and didn’t have any amenities except for mounted shower gel & hair products. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was efficient and some people were very helpful."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didn’t want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"

"Clean room, but didn’t like the shower. Lovely pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Arrived by taxi from airport only to discover that there weren’t any restaurants or bars within walking distance of the hotel. Contact with hosts via Expedia only. Would have liked the porch light on when we arrived in the dark, though. We are staying there again in a few weeks and I’m looking forward to it."

"Fantastic hotel, super relaxing indulgent stay, with a great fresh food selection and a pretty solid drinks menu as part of the all inclusive. Rooms are to a high standard, and the hotel is ideal for couples. Beach club access and drinks included was a nice bonus. Staff really fantastic, also doesn't have the usual all inclusive entertainment team who are trying to get you involved with aquaerobics needlessly everyday which was nice. Plane noise is mentioned in a few reviews, but we really didn't notice it that much and was kinda fun watching them fly in!"

"This villa is amazing! And larger than it looks in the photos. The views are incredible, the villa is huge and the pool is fantastic! We stayed ten days there and loved it. Communication with Maria was brilliant - she answered every query promptly and was so helpful. There is absolutely everything you could possibly need, from bin bags to washing detergent! Wifi was good inside and outside, and there is air conditioning throughout the villa.The villa was immaculate, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding pristine, all bedrooms fitted with shutters and/or blinds. Plenty of good quality towels were provided for inside and out. Sitting out on the two balconies to watch the beautiful sunsets or relaxing by the pool on one of the many loungers was such a treat. Do note that the pool is deep everywhere (apart from the jacuzzi area), which made for great diving for our two sons. And you really need a car. But all in all, I cannot recommend this villa and its owners highly enough."
