"Pleasant stay at Sunset motel. Our rooms had a stunning view of the snow capped mountains in the distance. Fox Glacier is a small town, so the motel is well placed to take in the activities. One suggestion for the motel owners; during the Autumn/ winter season warmer doonas and blankets are definitely needed as the rooms get extremely cold of an evening, even with the heater on."

"I loved my stay here! They call it a motel, but it is like having your own mini apartment. You are surrounded by breathtaking views too! The “room” which was a two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and small living room was clean and updated with minor damage on the kitchen floor from the fridge (I assume). Would recommend staying here! I hope to be back someday soon."
