Yes, this place it´s older, but in my opinion-if something works perfectly why to change it?You have everything you need there and enjoy outdoors since New Zealand is beautiful country. "This property was absolutely stunning - a recent build - Joanne and Steve have created a paradise in Karamea at the end of the road (literally). I just wished we had stayed longer here and had more time to enjoy the house which had been thoughtfully planned and decorated throughout and was really just amazing. It was a great end to our trip up the West Coast of the South Island and one day I plan to bring my wife back here!"
