Pleasant stay at Sunset motel. Our rooms had a stunning view of the snow capped mountains in the distance. Fox Glacier is a small town, so the motel is well placed to take in the activities. One suggestion for the motel owners; during the Autumn/ winter season warmer doonas and blankets are definitely needed as the rooms get extremely cold of an evening, even with the heater on.

Comfortable beds, room and bathroom, kitchen had just what we needed. Quiet location was walkable to restaurants in Fox Glacier, and very close to Lake Matheson. Owner responded quickly to one issue that we discovered.
