"Geir was good to communicate with and sent lots of information beforehand. House was very clean and very well equipped. Pool was warm and the house has a good position overlooking Kalkan.The sun disappeared behind the house / hill about 4pm, but we were there late October so the sun maybe higher in summer months??Walk to and from Kalkan was about 20 minutes each way, up and down steep roads. All of Kalkan is on a hillside so steep roads are to be expected. Taxi home is cheap and easy to get.Happy to recommend."

"Title: Misleading Listing and Maintenance IssuesWe stayed here for one week with several families and sadly the experience did not match the listing. The house was more worn than the photos suggested, and cleanliness was below expectations. The trampoline shown in the pictures — one of the main reasons we chose this property for the children — was not there.We also faced several issues: the pool umbrellas were broken and only replaced the next day, so we spent the first day without shade. The dishwasher racks kept falling off, posing a danger with glassware inside, and later stopped washing properly. The kitchen was poorly equipped; pans and utensils were burned, scratched or melted. Replacements were brought after we asked, but we had to manage without them for a couple of days. For guests who prefer cooking at home, this was a big disappointment.The host’s attitude was reactive rather than proactive — whenever we pointed out a problem, the response was “I’ll bring it tomorrow” or “I’ll fix it soon.” While some issues were eventually addressed, it left the impression that many shortcomings were already known but ignored unless guests complained.Overall, the house is spacious and has potential, but misleading photos, missing amenities, and lack of proper maintenance made our stay disappointing. "

"We had a Fantastic week here. We came home completely relaxed. We had a hire car so was able to get into Kalkan easily. (5 mins). Great communication from the owner who was really helpful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor BBQ was in constant use by us. Great location, great facilities, great holiday. Thank you "

"Turtle view is a stunning property. The views are amazing.We were a family of four and thanks to the large balcony the property felt spacious. It’s in a great spot, close to the beach clubs.We had a hire car which helped as we drove into the town every night.Debbie was a very good host, she kept in contact and if there were any problems sorted them straight away.I would recommend this apartment, if only for those wonderful views!"
